Changelog
Always shipping, never surprises.
What we’ve improved across the app, newest first.
29 August 2026
NEW- →New Wall Sheet — read the whole job through its locations, expanding a building into levels and rooms with open items, checklists, documents and drawings totalled on every row
- →Filter the Wall Sheet by trade or date range, click any total to see the exact items behind it, and export the sheet as it stands to CSV
- →Send a subcontractor a link to answer their part of a checklist — no login and no account, with reminders before the due date and after it passes, and revoke, extend or re-send whenever you need to
- →Every checklist across every project now lists on one page, filterable by project, location, last activity, and whether it’s started
- →Keep each contractor’s SWMS on their company record, each with a note on what it covers — assign that company to a project and its SWMS come with it, so the paperwork is on file before work starts
- →Name the milestones that matter on a project and tick them off, with who ticked each one and when kept on the record
- →Choose whether your organisation calls them defects or inspections — the whole app follows, including the emails and links you send outside your team
- →Every count on a dashboard now opens the exact list it counted, with no gap between the number and what’s behind it
19 August 2026
IMPROVED- →Classification shows as a column on defect lists, so you can scan and sort by it without opening every defect
- →Set a project’s Practical Completion date and have the defect liability period run from it
- →Assignments can be issued with no due date, and Practical Completion rows read N/A where none applies
- →Up to 20 photos on a single defect
- →Filter dropdowns sort alphabetically, and dates read in Australian format everywhere they appear
15 August 2026
NEW- →A trade who receives a defect notification can set up their own login and land in the right builder’s workspace — no more duplicate companies to untangle later
- →Trades working for more than one builder can switch between them, and come back to the one they were last in
- →Rebuilt trade view — a worst-first list of what’s overdue, and the same screens whether they sign in or open an email link
- →Trades can dispute a defect, or flag that they’re on it, without closing it
- →Photos captured offline now count as completion evidence once they sync
14 August 2026
IMPROVED- →Reports generate noticeably faster, and sending one no longer holds up the next in the queue
- →New Summary with Notes report — a compact list with photo thumbnails beside each defect
- →Photos taken on iPhone now render in reports instead of coming out blank
- →Deleted defects no longer surface in reports, and a filter that matches nothing says so instead of producing an empty PDF
5 August 2026
NEW- →Tenant portal complete — tenants see only the defects they raised, with no cost or contractor detail, and can’t move a defect’s status
- →Subcontractor portal — trades see only the work assigned to their own company, and can only mark it fixed with a photo attached
- →Document categories are closed by default and opened deliberately per project, so owners and residents see only what you’ve released to them
- →Tenants migrated from the previous version can sign in with the password they already had
18 July 2026
NEW- →Project correspondence — keep delays, variations, claims and general threads on the record at project level, next to the daily log
- →Bring the other side into a thread by email magic-link — clients, superintendents and consultants reply without an account
- →Attach straight from the project’s own photos, documents and drawings, and every email the system sends is logged
6 July 2026
NEW- →Colour-coded defect lists — rows tinted by status with a matching legend, plus multiline descriptions and per-user customisable columns
- →Tenants can now be onboarded by scanning an admin-provided QR code
- →Defect photos can be embedded directly in the assignment notification email, and photo capture dates are editable
- →Choose your own landing page after login, and confirm-with-undo when removing an assignee
22 June 2026
NEW- →New report types — defect-type breakdown, month-by-month line graph, and Excel (xlsx) exports
- →Email a report to recipients straight after generating it
- →Raise a defect notification as a single PDF or a photo ZIP and send it on
- →Set a project coordinator with signature, and customise the status labels shown across the app
- →Summary reports can now include defect photos
