Every defect record, photo, and audit log is stored in Australian data centres. The database and application servers run in Sydney; uploaded files sit in object storage pinned to the Oceania region. The sub-processor list lists every kind of service that touches your data and where each one runs.
What that means on a job
Encryption is the easy half.
