The construction rate covers the capture-to-handover loop across a live site — defects, inspections, work orders, RFIs, photos, and reports, all on the offline-first platform. The post-construction rate picks up where the build ends: ongoing building management, owner and tenant defects, and the long tail of warranty and maintenance work, priced per dwelling so it stays proportionate to the asset.

Why area and dwelling, not seats

Most software charges by the seat, which punishes you for putting the tool in everyone's hands — exactly the thing that makes it work on site. We don't. A project's cost tracks the thing that actually drives the work: how much you're building, and how much you're managing once it's built. Add as many supers, trades, inspectors, and stakeholders as the job needs; the price doesn't move.

Lock it in before the deadline

This is end-of-financial-year pricing, so it's tied to the deadline. If you've been meaning to get a project off spreadsheets and notebooks, this is the cheapest moment of the year to do it — and a 14-day rollout means a project started now is live well before the new financial year.
